work, work, work....
well friends, i got a part time job working at a movie theater. I decided I could use a little extra cash to help out with the new car payment I'm making, and figured why not do it at a place where I can see movies for free and that isn't going to be too horribly stressful. Alas, working two jobs is quite exhausting, I have all new respect for people who do crazy things like work multiple jobs and go to school, etc, etc. It takes a lot out of you.
that being said i had to work my full time job and the movie gig today, so i'm tired, time for bed.

life in the lou....
so, Meshuggah is the name of the coffee shop I'm at almost every night, so I figured meshuggahnight, would be a good name for a blog about life in the Lou.
things:
every wednesday and thursday is dollar PBR night at Saleem's, which is a bar a bit down the way from Meshuggah, so Wednesday night someone started talking about the song 99 bottles of beer on the wall, and how we should try and do that sometime. So, thursday my friend Charlie arranged for the bar tender to have 99 bottles of PBR to bust out when enough people had gathered to make it happen, so sure enough around 10 p.m. we were all singing 99 bottles of beer on the wall passing out PBR. It was pretty amazing, we sung the whole song, only lost count about 2 times, and passed out 99 beers, and it only took like a half hour or so. It was most excellent
what else is going on...hmm...think i'm gonna start more diligently looking for a new job soon, i can't handle the being on the phone all day situation, it's just too much. Other than that the stl is good, i still dig it here, and am trying to decide if I'm gonna stick around here for a bit or move to Chicago when my lease is up in May....decisions, decisions.
